Senior Data Analyst, Specialty Care - Remote

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence organization to work with our Specialty Care team, dedicated to providing tailored support for members with complex behavioral health conditions.

In Short

• Partner with Specialty Care Operations to define and evolve key metrics and KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Looker.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to answer business questions.
• Identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Support data integrity efforts and contribute to dbt models.
• Ensure access to necessary data sources for reporting.
• Serve as a data advisor for Specialty Care leadership.
• Collaborate with data science to analyze major trends.
• Provide training and documentation for data products.
• Maintain core data models in dbt.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with dbt.
• Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools.
• Strong user empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for improving mental health care.
• Experience working with product teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Motivated and humble attitude.
