• Assist in ensuring adherence to regulations across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis or financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with compensation management software.
• Strong analytical capabilities with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
