Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, consulting, or program management.
• 2+ years in healthcare, especially in payor operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills with experience in data handling.
• Ability to navigate complex problems.
• Proactive with a high degree of ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
