Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.
• 3+ years of direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Knowledge of clinical interventions like CBT and mindfulness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Embrace diversity and inclusion.
• Motivated to provide high-touch member experiences.
• Tech-savvy and efficient with various computer platforms.
• Strong leadership capabilities and understanding of care navigation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
