Overview

As an Employee Experience & Impact Specialist II at Spring Health, you will play a key role in advancing Inclusion and Belonging initiatives by driving data-informed strategies and operationalizing impactful programs.

In Short

  • Support Spring’s 10 ERG Groups and develop programming.
  • Design and facilitate training on equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Manage the Mentorship Program and analyze data.
  • Collect and report on equity and inclusion metrics.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on key talent metrics.
  • Develop internal communications and program updates.
  • Conduct research to refine the Belonging strategy.
  • Ensure measurable success in engagement surveys and mentorship ratings.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in HR or related fields required.
  • Strong communication and project management skills needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in Inclusion and Belonging, HR, or People Operations.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience launching new programs in evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Background in program design and facilitation.
