• Full-time position as a CX Tooling Engineer.
• Responsible for optimizing support platforms like Zendesk and Talkdesk.

• Work under the Sr. Manager, Tooling and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Zendesk, including custom configuration.
• Strong proficiency in automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience with Talkdesk or global telephony platforms is a plus.
• Ability to innovate and solve complex operational challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Experience in a matrix environment and working with external vendors.
• Proven track record in translating business needs into solutions.
