Engineer - Tooling Team - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Engineer to join our Tooling team—focused on improving the reliability, usability, and integration of the internal tools we own and support across the engineering organisation.

In Short

• Support the infrastructure and CI/CD setup of tools we own.
• Build automation and integrations to improve tool adoption.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Participate in improving the reliability of our tooling stack.
• Collaborate to ensure tools are integrated into workflows.
• Document setup instructions and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations for tool support.
• Seek improvements for developer experience through tooling.
• Contribute to internal technical discussions.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps-style infrastructure and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Understanding of version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in a programming or scripting language.
• Interest in internal tooling and automation.
• Experience with tools like SonarQube or LaunchDarkly is a plus.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in support rotations.
