Overview

Spreedly is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join our Platform Engineering organization to support the continued build-out of Spreedly’s core services, contributing to team strategy and ensuring engineering OKRs are met.

In Short

• Manage a team of engineers responsible for Infrastructure, CI/CD, Security, and more.
• Develop and track KPIs for system reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with other engineering managers for goal alignment.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable infrastructure.
• Define technical roadmaps for DevOps and Security efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• Deep knowledge of core platform services and performance.
• Process-driven thinker with Agile best practices experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Understanding of project management strategies and technical debt management.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical concepts.
• Experience scaling teams for platform development.
• Adept at analyzing performance data for improvements.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
