IT Security Administrator - Remote

Overview

Spreedly is seeking an IT Security Administrator who will act as a business enabler by proactively identifying and creating solutions to help the company scale securely. This role involves providing operational support and managing IT functions, while also contributing to strategic projects.

In Short

• Perform routine maintenance and system updates for security and IT infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal helpdesk.
• Manage software and hardware assets, including macOS fleet administration.
• Handle the identity-and-access lifecycle to maintain PCI-DSS compliance.
• Conduct security audits and user-access reviews across SaaS applications.
• Maintain endpoint security by patching systems and triaging vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to strategic projects, including new SaaS applications implementation.
• Automate repetitive tasks across the security toolchain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical/IT experience.
• Experience with macOS management and administration.
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work semi-autonomously in a startup environment.
• Holistic problem-solving approach with scalability in mind.
• Willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
