Overview

A Revenue Operations Lead / RevOps Lead (Fractional) is needed to join The Legal Director, a scaling B2B legal services firm entering its next phase of structured, data driven growth. This role focuses on operational clarity and predictable performance, ensuring all revenue channels are tracked and improved.

In Short

  • Oversee and coordinate five revenue channels
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility from MQL to retainer
  • Refine and embed a repeatable sales process
  • Lead weekly reporting cadence and performance tracking
  • Own CRM data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Provide commercially grounded insight for decision making
  • Experience in B2B professional services is required
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and forecasting
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment
  • Contract package of £3,000 per month for approximately 2 to 2.5 days per week

Requirements

  • Experience as a Revenue Operations Lead or similar
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
  • Confidence with Excel and structured reporting frameworks
  • Experience improving sales processes
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
  • Data-driven and commercially pragmatic
  • Outcome-focused with a strong follow-through
  • Exposure to fractional or consultancy-led business models is a plus
  • Ability to operate without a large team
  • Willingness to learn reporting tools like Power BI
