Overview

The Senior Account Executive will focus on increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.

In Short

  • Source and close new business per month as quota.
  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a significant amount of opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Attend industry trade shows and partner events.
  • Work alongside Business Development Representatives and Account Managers.
  • Utilize sales engagement tools to identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed feedback to management.
  • Travel comprising 50% of the role is essential.
  • Maintain a high level of Spectrio product knowledge.
  • Evaluate client needs and communicate value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 4-7 years of sales experience.
  • Proven business development and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Consultative sales approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
