We’re looking for a (Senior) Account Executive to serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with top advertisers across EMEA. This role drives revenue by managing the full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing performance, while leveraging an interest in mobile apps and ad tech to deliver measurable client growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans targeting top advertisers to build and maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Consistently drive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, proactively identify opportunities where Remerge can add value, and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels through a consultative sales approach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using internal CRM tools
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, effectively presenting solutions and guiding discussions to drive successful outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge to clearly communicate the value, nuances, and capabilities of Remerge’s offerings to clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs, share market feedback, and support overall revenue growth
  • Represent Remerge at key industry events, positioning the company as a leading app performance advertising partner and building strategic relationships in the market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, mobile app marketing, retargeting, user acquisition, or marketing sales
  • Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies, with a strong understanding of buyer needs and the ability to creatively overcome objections.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals, growing client relationships, and consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain accurate CRM hygiene
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to engaging and advising clients
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for industry conferences and events
