• Join the post sales services and support team.
• Develop understanding of tape, software, and S3/DS3 products.
• Support existing customers in Australia and APAC.
• Perform new installations and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct technical evaluations for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Support Tiers and TAM teams.
• Provide training to customers.
• Handle escalated customer trouble tickets.
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage complex customer setups for installations.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications: CCNA, SNIA, AWS.
• Strong customer support skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix-based Operating Systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of NAS and Cloud storage.
• Experience with backup and archive processes.
• Knowledge of tape drives and storage networking.
• Software writing and scripting skills are a plus.
• Ability to perform demanding physical work.
