In Short

  • working with IBM systems and support the migration to a new system currently under development,
  • contributing to the migration phase planned to last until 2028, ensuring a stable and structured project timeline,
  • managing and troubleshooting access to CRM, SRM, and Notes,
  • resolving LDAP issues and ensure seamless access management,
  • maintaining and configuring antivirus solutions for Domino servers,
  • setting up Notes inboxes for users,
  • troubleshooting and resolving Notes client issues,
  • decommissioning Domino servers as part of system transitions,
  • handling Notes password resets and user support,
  • manage remote servers effectively,
  • conducting regular checks on Domino server logs, mailboxes, events, and faults.

Requirements

  • Experience with IBM systems and related technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and SRM systems.
  • Familiarity with LDAP and access management.
  • Experience with antivirus solutions for servers.
  • Ability to manage remote servers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
