Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer with hands-on experience in facilitating discovery sessions and conducting user research. The ideal candidate will embody design leadership qualities and have extensive experience in the field of user experience.

In Short

Predominantly working within complex B2B/enterprise projects.
Working independently or within a larger design team.
Regular negotiation with stakeholders.
Advocating for the user's perspective within the project team.
Seeking opportunities to amplify the product's UX.
Facilitating workshops with customers and project team members.

Open to learning and adapting to new ideas.

Requirements

Proven experience in designing solutions from UX research to execution.
Ability to design user-friendly user interfaces.
Documented User Research experience.
Workshop planning and facilitation skills.
Product discovery experience.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of quantitative UX methods.
Basic proficiency in Figma.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
