System Engineer Specialist - Remote

Overview

The System Engineer Specialist will lead the development and integration of train equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements and managing supplier deliverables.

In Short

• Manage system requirements (writing, updating, tracking).
• Oversee suppliers (documentation, planning, compliance).
• Verify adherence to specifications.
• Validate supplier deliverables (3D design, wiring, functionality).
• Participate in technical meetings with clients.
• Draft and lead performance testing of equipment.
• Engage in change committee meetings.
• Interface with other project teams (Control Command, 3D Design, Wiring, RAMS, Validation).

Requirements

• Technical skills in requirements management and supplier management.
• Experience with DOORS is a plus.
• Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a team and analyze problems.
