• Provide technical support to Project Managers and Field Teams.
• Collaborate on documentation and workflow modifications.
• Mentor teams and provide guidance as needed.
• Review and modify project Scope of Works (SOW).
• Keep current with technical aspects through training.
• Review and approve technical documents for deployment.
• Provide feedback to improve project processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years Design experience in the AV Industry.
• Degree in a technical discipline or 10+ years AV experience.
• Knowledge of key technologies in Control, Audio, and Video.
• CTS certification or higher.
• Project or Field management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of audio and video systems design.
• Flexibility for international travel.
• Full driving license required.
