Implementation / Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Solutions/ Systems Engineer to join our team and develop an advanced understanding of our tape products and services.

In Short

• Navigate and manage complex customer setups for smooth on-site installations.
• Complete configuration and testing to ensure solutions are working as designed.
• Perform preventative maintenance at existing customer sites.
• Complete product upgrades and perform break-fix related functions.
• Conduct thorough technical evaluations for potential new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Support Tiers and TAM teams.
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with customers.
• Provide training to customer and customer teams.

Requirements

• Strong technology/industry knowledge.
• Detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
• Working knowledge of NAS and Cloud storage.
• Knowledge of backup and archive processes.
• Knowledge of tape drives and storage networking.
• Software writing and scripting considered a plus.
• Proven track record of managing technical integrations.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate.
• Ability to perform demanding physical work.
• Required certifications: CCNA, SNIA, AWS.
