Overview

We are looking for a proven account manager with an agricultural / dairy background to support our Central Region. This is a great role for someone looking to make a big impact with a growing company that is expanding!

In Short

  • Identifies relevant new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Manages relationships and communications within the customer account.
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
  • Meets or exceeds sales goals set by management.
  • Enters new customer data into the database.
  • Assists with contract and equipment agreement preparation.
  • Makes outbound calls to qualify leads and sell products.
  • Reviews and analyzes market opportunities.
  • Attends sales meetings and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ sales experience in relevant industries.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Effective communication skills in written and oral forms.
  • Ability to develop hoof bath schematics.
  • Able to work in varying conditions with PPE.
