The Senior Manager of Provider Compensation oversees all accounting and finance aspects of physician compensation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years in finance, accounting, or provider compensation management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with physician compensation models
• Dental industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial audiences
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset
• Experience in healthcare services preferred
