Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in healthcare.
• Proven success in managing orthodontic or dental practices.
• Knowledge of CDT codes and insurance processes.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
• Must reside in NJ, NY, GA, SD, OK.
