In Short

  • Responsible for supporting RCM functions of the front and back office
  • Train and educate staff on revenue cycle management processes
  • Analyze collections and resolve complex revenue cycle issues
  • Manage front office auditing and clearing house management
  • Assign projects to RCM Specialists
  • Ensure practices increase revenue and decrease RCM errors
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and adhere to HIPAA policies
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and data analysis for reporting
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize workload
  • Communicate effectively with diverse personalities and teams

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least five years in healthcare or dental RCM functions
  • Experience in billing and claims resolution
  • Knowledge of dental front office RCM functions
  • Preferred certifications: CPB, CMB, CDC, CDBS
