Manager, Revenue Cycle Management - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing the claims and collections process within the organization’s revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate claims submissions, and managing a team to resolve outstanding accounts receivable.

In Short

• Oversee claims submission and follow-up process
• Lead and manage a team of AR specialists
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable
• Ensure timely appeals of denied claims
• Conduct regular performance reviews
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Generate and analyze AR reports
• Liaise with insurance companies and internal departments
• Serve as point of escalation for complex claims
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Graduate or relevant experience
• AthenaOne EMR experience required
• 4+ years in medical billing or claims experience
• Experience with Trizetto and SalesForce preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Medical coding/billing experience preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong leadership skills required
• Ability to resolve complex claims issues
• Experience reporting and tracking accounts receivable

Benefits

• Base pay of $70,000 to $75,000
