In Short

• Empower organizations to understand and act on their human security risk.
• Transform complex behavioral data into actionable insights.
• Accountable for how our product measures and reacts to observed behavior.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Own the roadmap for our Analytics platform and Human Security Index.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective products.
• Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and establish performance metrics.
• Coordinate work across multiple product teams.
• Support the commercial success of the product.
• Ship early and often, focusing on outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing data-intensive products.
• Mastery of outcome-oriented prioritization and execution.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in high complexity product areas.
• Experience with machine learning/AI is beneficial.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends is a plus.
