Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in complex data management roles in healthcare.
• Experience with master data management and healthcare data systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
