In Short

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the broader PMO team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key decisions.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation such as meeting minutes, decision logs, status reports, and risk registers (RAID logs).
• Support project planning by helping create and update timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Independently lead smaller projects or workstreams as assigned, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, helping resolve scheduling and logistical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and share project updates.
• Contribute to effective decision-making by documenting options and outcomes, and escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects with strong delivery outcomes.
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office, etc.) and systems automation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving.
• Balances independent execution with a collaborative mindset, taking direction and providing reliable support as needed.
