Overview

As a Country Manager at SOLPLANET, you will lead sales strategies and ensure revenue generation for renewable energy solutions in your region.

In Short

• Set sales targets and develop strategies for your region.
• Ensure revenue generation in accordance with agreed KPIs.
• Define strategies, goals, and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular meetings and sales reviews.
• Initiate and conduct product training with local teams.
• Support the end-to-end customer relationship process.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to acquisition.
• Collaborate on marketing activities with local teams.
• Provide support on accounts receivable and order processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above technical degrees in relevant fields.
• Native in local language and fluent in English.
• In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is advantageous.
