Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support hiring across Technical (R&D), Sales, and Operations at Solink, a company focused on transforming video security into real-time operational insights.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role success profiles.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Ensure quality candidate touchpoints throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage a workload of 8–10 open roles at various stages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong sourcing toolkit including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Ability to context-switch across different functions.
• Working knowledge of core technologies such as Python and Java.
• Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal outreach.
