Overview

The North America Regional Counsel at Solenis will address a wide range of transactional and commercial matters affecting day-to-day business operations, providing legal support to the business.

Requirements

• Juris doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one state.
• 2-5 years of legal experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong client service focus and work ethic.
• Experience managing outside counsel.
