Infrastructure DBA - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure DBA will manage the SolarEdge data platform and join our SaaS production group, focusing on improving data platform performance and collaborating with development teams.

In Short

• Manage DB servers and provide support to Dev Teams.
• Monitor implementations and improve data platform performance.
• Work with tools such as Ansible, Git, Grafana, and Python.
• 3-5 years of experience as an infrastructure DBA or DataOps position.
• Proficiency with Linux servers is required.
• Strong automation skills in Python and Ansible are necessary.
• Experience with DevOps tools is a big advantage.
• Knowledge of AWS and ETL pipelines is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Passion for learning new technologies is essential.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of working experience as an infrastructure DBA or DataOps.
• Proficiency with Linux servers.
• Strong with automation in Python and Ansible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion and curiosity for learning new processes and technologies.
• Working experience with Kafka is a big advantage.
• Experience with DevOps tools (git, Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
• Experience with AWS or VMware is an advantage.
• Knowledge of any data platform in AWS is a plus.
• Experience with ETL pipelines is a big advantage.
