• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior technical and product leadership.
• Facilitate organizational and structural changes.
• Support business strategy execution by identifying talent gaps.
• Ensure a high-quality onboarding and adaptation process for new hires.
• Coach and mentor managers on leadership skills.
• Lead succession planning initiatives for critical technical roles.
• Drive performance management processes within technical teams.
• Provide guidance on compensation discussions.
• Organize exit interviews and ensure a smooth offboarding experience.
• Promote modern leadership practices across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as HR Business Partner / People Partner / HR Generalist.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher.
• Deep understanding of product development cycles.
• Experience in supporting managers and driving leadership development.
• Proven ability to navigate change and influence stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
