As the Director of Business Development for Schools at sofatutor, you will be fully responsible for marketing our school products and independently leading the Schools Team. With a focus on business development in the B2G sector, you and your team will play a crucial role in the company's success.

In Short

  • Lead and strategically develop the Schools Team including B2B sales team leadership.
  • Strategic responsibility for public affairs activities.
  • Oversee B2B sales of school products to educational institutions and corporates in the DACH region.
  • Drive growth in the B2G segment through innovative market strategies.
  • Full responsibility for revenue generation in the school sector.

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience in a leadership role.
  • Solid experience in financial planning and achieving sales targets.
  • Expertise in public affairs.
  • Knowledge of the public sector and B2G sales.
  • Proficient with CRM and collaboration tools.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
