Overview

As a Team Lead Creative Strategy at sofatutor, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our creatives across all channels, significantly contributing to the company's growth.

In Short

• Lead a team of six in Creative Strategy focusing on Copywriting, Motion Design, and Graphic Design.
• Identify trends and messaging approaches that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team for consistent messaging.
• Develop new channels for customer acquisition.
• Oversee the production of all creatives internally and externally.
• Work in a fully remote setup within Germany.
• Participate in team meetings in Berlin 3-4 times a year.
• Engage in a structured interview process including a leadership interview.
• Foster a creative and innovative work environment.
• Help shape the future of digital learning.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities in B2C creative production.
• Proven track record of measurable growth through creatives.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and collaborate with the team.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms from both customer and performance marketing perspectives.
• Experience working with external agencies for creative production.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
