As a Team Lead, Creator Success Strategy, you will oversee and scale LTK’s 1 many creator initiatives, including challenges, webinars, and data-driven programming.

In Short

• Manage a team to ensure seamless operations, coaching them to execute high-impact creator programs.
• Scale 1:many Programs: Expand and enhance LTK’s 1:many webinar program and creator challenges.
• Challenge Execution: Own the end-to-end logistics of creator challenges.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze creator performance data and provide insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Content Development & Thought Leadership: Create compelling content for masterminds and coaching sessions.
• New Initiatives & Special Projects: Lead on evolving programs and new creator workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience leading and mentoring others.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, creator relations, or sales enablement.
• Public Speaking & Training Expertise: Experience delivering training to large groups.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot.
• Deep Understanding of the Creator Economy & Social Media.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset.
• Creative Problem Solver.
