Copywriter & CRM Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Copywriter & CRM Specialist, you will be part of the Product Growth Team, playing a key role in both customer acquisition and optimizing user experience. You will develop compelling copy for growth initiatives and UX texts that make our learning app understandable and intuitive for students and children, while also optimizing CRM campaigns to guide users along the entire customer journey and retain them long-term.

In Short

• Develop engaging copy for parents and child-friendly UX texts.
• Collaborate with the Growth team on copy experiments for A/B testing.
• Support Core Product Teams with UX copy for new features.
• Create and optimize CRM communications to activate and retain users.
• Work closely with Growth, CRM, and Product teams for effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Copywriting (Growth, CRM, or UX Writing).
• Strong writing skills and excellent spelling at a native level.
• Understanding of different target audiences and ability to adapt tone accordingly.
• Proactive working style and motivation to take initiative.
• Excellent prioritization skills and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (C1).
• Nice to have: Experience in CRM campaign design and data-driven copy optimization.
