  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach.
  • Higher education in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (min. B2) and Polish.
  • Driving license category B.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and independence.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
