• Join Snyk's Customer Success team as an Implementation Consultant.
• Enhance customer security programs using Snyk's platform.
• Deliver onboarding experiences primarily focused on EMEA.
• Own project delivery from kick-off to completion.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders.
• Lead project kick-offs and planning sessions.
• Facilitate customer outcomes across teams.
• Manage and refine onboarding practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing experience.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues.
• Interest in application security and developer-first approach.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Consultative mindset with technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
