Senior Technical Program Manager, Support Learning - Remote

Overview

This Senior Technical Program Manager, Support Learning role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning experiences for the Global Support organization.

In Short

• Lead the design, development and execution of technical training programs.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles in alignment with PMO standards.
• Partner with the Analytics team to create a measurement strategy for learning experiences.
• Develop partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Work with Technical Content Developers to create customized learning assets.
• Implement learning and development best practices to innovate and scale the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in program management and/or curriculum design in the technology industry.
• 7+ years designing instructional materials for technical audiences.
• 7+ years in programming, systems architecture, or database systems administration.
• 5+ years designing technical training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience in a customer support organization.
• Hands-on knowledge of e-learning and video editing tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
