Overview

The Partner Solutions Engineer will be a key driver in our company’s growth strategy, responsible for helping customers and partners build high-value integrations with our platform.

In Short

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design and implement integrations.
• Advocate for the end-user experience within integrations.
• Work with the GTM team to evaluate partner technical requirements.
• Ensure smooth partner onboarding and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop technical guides and API documentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Track partner and user success metrics.
• Stay current with trends in API integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Strong proficiency with APIs and integration best practices.
• Proven ability to work closely with partners and internal teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
