Overview

We are looking for an ambitious sales achiever to join this leading manufacturer in CSST and help shape gas installations of the future. The main purpose of the role is to develop and manage all sales activities relating to the growth of the company’s sales.

In Short

  • Develop and manage sales activities for company growth.
  • Forge relationships with M & E Contractors and Consultants.
  • 70% Contractor/Consultant calls, 30% Merchant calls.
  • Generate monthly pipeline reports of ongoing projects.
  • Field Sales experience in HVAC sector required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to discuss engineered solutions with customer engineers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain an annual sales budget.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service.

Requirements

  • Field Sales experience in HVAC sector.
  • Basic knowledge of heating systems.
  • Experience selling to M & E Contractors and Plumbing Merchants.
  • Demonstrable record of business development.
  • Technically competent with a minimum of five years’ experience.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing management.
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding influence.
  • Very confident, self-motivated, and driven.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • High degree of honesty and integrity.
