In Short

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting process focusing on technical talent across India and EMEA.
• Build and execute a hiring strategy.
• Partner with and advise hiring managers.
• Develop a network of candidates through sourcing and relationship management.
• Participate in recruiting events and networking opportunities.
• Engage in internal Smartsheet projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency recruiting experience.
• Success in hiring a variety of roles.
• Experience advising managers throughout the hiring process.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and projects.
• Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
