Recruiter - Fixed-Term Contract - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a professional recruiter ready to represent our Talent Acquisition team, to both the hiring managers and candidates. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position focusing on full-cycle recruitment for entry level roles.

In Short

• Full-cycle recruitment for entry level roles across different locations, mainly in North America.
• Work closely with hiring teams and candidates to handle pre-screening of resumes, phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
• Leverage tools from our applicant tracking system to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, maintaining organized and accurate records.
• Build and manage your pipeline actively including active sourcing.
• Conduct background checks on potential candidates.
• Provide excellent candidate experience from application to offer.
• Develop relationships with the recruiting team to communicate important updates.
• Work on recruitment-related projects and gather metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in recruitment.
• Work experience in Architecture, Interior and Engineering (AEI) Industry is a plus.
• Experience working on high volume jobs and using the Handshake Premium platform preferred.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, prior knowledge of Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods.
• Ability to organize fluctuating workload and balance numerous priorities.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-accountability.
• Resourceful approach and willingness to find answers.
