Requirements

• 10+ years of UX research experience on digital products.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful research.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building and scaling research programs.
• Background in B2B products supporting business productivity.
• Passion for mentoring and fostering inclusive cultures.
