Overview

The Solution Experiences team is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Sr. Software Engineering Manager. This role involves leading the development of navigation experiences within the Smartsheet application, utilizing a range of technologies including AI, OpenSearch, and the latest web technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years software development experience.
• 4+ years previous management experience.
• Strong background in AI/ML features relevant to search.
• Experience with large-scale Search/Information Retrieval systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• AWS or other Cloud experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
