In Short

• Lead a team of Solution Engineers to deliver impactful technical sales engagements.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and success metrics.
• Develop and execute compelling demonstrations aligned to customer stories.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and deployment plans for customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize presales team engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Solution Engineering team.
• Track performance metrics and provide coaching for team effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between sales leadership and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical presales or solution engineering.
• 2+ years of experience managing a Solution Engineering or Sales Engineering team.
• Strong ability to align technology solutions with customer value.
• Experience in designing and delivering technical demonstrations.
• Proven ability to guide teams in developing SOWs and POCs.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging executive-level decision-makers.
