Solution Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

The Solution Engineering Manager will lead the system development cycle, coordinate with various teams, and manage project tasks to ensure timely completion while maintaining communication with customers.

In Short

• Define the system development cycle and applicable processes.
• Coordinate with Installation, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Software teams.
• Manage internal reviews from design to validation stages.
• Communicate technical issues and project progress with customers.
• Lead Interface Management and System Engineering tasks.
• Raise resource needs and alerts to management.
• Work with multiple stakeholders including partners and subcontractors.
• Utilize knowledge of cybersecurity standards and communication protocols.
• Experience in Requirement Management and Interface Coordination is a plus.
• Support the development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic / Computer Science / IT or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in SCADA, BMS System, or Control System.
• Basic knowledge of Linux OS and Networking.
• Self-driven with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Understanding of IEC 62443 standard and EN50126.
• Desirable experience in Requirement Management and Interface Coordination.
• Knowledge of programming functions, logic, and standard communication protocols.
• Familiarity with virtualization, Docker, and tools like DOORS, Polarion, and JIRA.
