In Short

• Act as the “face” of Smartsheet People & Culture while acting as a point-of-contact for Smartsheet employees on a variety of company and system-related inquiries.
• Act as a main point of contact for employees on a variety of employment and People-related inquiries.
• Perform and manage a variety of high volume, transactional, administrative tasks for various departments within People & Culture.
• Lead the coordination of employee pre-hire onboarding.
• Manage data and business flows utilizing Workday or other people systems.
• Be a Smartsheet Cultural Ambassador.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of direct experience in a HR setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• A customer service mentality.
• An ability to understand new HR concepts.
• A formal understanding of multiple HR systems and processes.
• Experience with ticketing systems and HRIS.
