Overview

The Director of Consulting will lead and inspire a professional services delivery team and manage your respective region's operational and financial performance goals. This role involves business development, process review/improvement, and coaching future leaders.

In Short

• Lead the development of department objectives.
• Hire and manage qualified Sr Managers and Managers.
• Manage departmental budget and authorize expenditures.
• Coordinate development of standardized documentation and resources.
• Support strategic business planning and consulting.
• Review and monitor quarterly reporting on financial performance.
• Research industry trends and keep the team updated.
• Provide consulting services throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Oversee project scoping, estimating, and staff allocation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization.
• 10+ years in software services or consulting leadership.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in business development and team management.
• 4-year undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Prior P&L experience.
• Experience in solutioning for F1000 organizations.
• Excellent customer engagement skills.
