Overview

Smartsheet is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a set of large enterprise accounts and improve customer satisfaction, application engagement, customer retention, and growth.

In Short

  • Manage large enterprise accounts to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform initial onboarding and ensure ongoing customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven enablement strategy.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for product usage.
  • Conduct periodic customer success reviews.
  • Use usage patterns to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams.
  • Provide insights to Product Management and Marketing.
  • Exceed performance targets related to retention and growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience with diverse customer accounts.
  • Passion for web-based technologies and understanding Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
