Overview

The Customer Success Manager for Enterprise at AppFollow is responsible for driving retention and growth among Enterprise customers in Europe and APAC, utilizing strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.

In Short

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven track record with enterprise-level customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical understanding.
  • Experience leading customer advisory boards.
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solver with relationship-building skills.
